Alright, i recently dont have the urge to blog. idk why either.

Anyway, i had a good news to share! Team Secret’s Chefs won Champion for the Nestle Professional Rising Chef Challenge 2010! song bo?!
this does not come as easy as i thought. many things have been through for me to be who i am today. I really want to thank Chef gary and Jeremy Chang for making this possible. Of course, not forgetting my partner, Andy. You are awesome max to handle everything less than 2 weeks. lastly, school sucks for taking away the trophies.
Congratulation to my juniors for getting 3rd and best hygiene as well. and overall, temasek polytechnic is the biggest winner as top 3 all from tp. HAHA.

Through all the fierce training, i will miss chef’s trademark on me “you fucking idiot”. NAISE.

do you all still remember this accident at ubi? it is at my house bus stop few weeks back. it was a bus 51 which crash into the bus shelter. dumb or dumb?

NOW IT IS THE SAME BUS 51 WHICH BANG INTO MY CAR! BLOODY SHIT!!! but it is a double deck bus. SBS 9132U! buy 4D sure win. lucky my car damage is not at the front or the back. it is on the left side of my door.

the situation is that i was about to make a left turn into a smaller road but due to peak hour the bus lane is unavailable so i couldn't use bus lane so i was driving at the right side of the bus. i signaled left damn long ago then he saw me which he did slow down for me to move. somehow he pick up and chiong towards me. i was like WTF, lucky the impact is not that great. and obviously it is the bus driver fault as the car damage is caused by him, that foreign fag. but for SBS to claim insurance is very rare. see how things go on Monday then. FML like a seriously.

back from camp and redang. it kinda took me away from my problem, as in facing different environment. finally meet up with rambo! after a full soild week. is not i dont wish to meet her but school is really a busy one for me. i have not even start on my menu operation yet. i guess it will be ending even later that the first week i guess. but wcp is just only for 4 weeks. and i hope it will be a fruitful one, it definitely will. we went to watch Julie and Julia to kill time, a impromptu decision. haha. it turned out to be a damn awesome movie (removing those boring conversation away). i really love it where those mentioned one i am going to learn in wcp! omg. cant wait cant wait. then i was sharing with rambo with enthusiasm then she say i am talking too loud. zzz. spoiler. talk loud where there is only 4 couples with us, very inconsiderate meh? haha!

anyway, the first week of school past super fast! school ended late with new things learnt. somehow somewhat i begin to be western influence. used to want to focus on asian but the path of light is showing me the other alternative way of choice. i doubt myself. i always do whenever he asked that question. looking how the class response make me feel i am lost. till this time, most of them have a clear aim of what they want. For me, i am still uncertain of what i really want. opportunities just come to me, i cant deny it. see how things flow then. :)

wahh! i am officially dead. i been behind the kitchen for the whole week. somehow i guess i have learned pretty much skills from him. it is all worth it, but it absorbed all my time include my sleeping time. reached home almost 3am everyday. totally no energy to do anytime on my weekend. slept till 5pm on saturday and missed training. gosh. been busy these few days.

finally after settling things that i been lag behind, new problem begin to rise. this will never end.

Q. What is canoe polo?

i feel being so left out.

is it because i have not been to training every time?

in pool, i feel like in the team. once the whistle end the game, the whole situation change. you guys just totally ignore me.

debrief time, all point finger at me for my mistake. come on, how about thinking is the whole team fault that lead to such a mistake rather than individual mistake? canoe polo is a team game, why don't you think i am helping to cover backside? you think is easy to have such a role in the team, then try it.

i told myself to give myself one last chance to be part of the team and under my gf support, i tried. but it still turn out to be the same. it just make me like a fool, walking at the back of the team like a stalker. talk to you guys but after i said something, it turn out to be an awkward silence. team talk for training days also never include me even attempt to voice out. and please, i didn't even know of the timing and days for land training. i been wondering why there isn't any gym and run which i have doing them alone, own time own day. so i am not inform for the training days and assume i been skipping training session? am i suppose to find it out myself or is it somebody responsibility to inform the team?

ever since sem 2.1 started, i feel i have been drifting away from the team. you all may think timetable may just seems to be an excuse, but it is the fact. do i have other option? coming to the end of the projects and practical sessions, i manage to have time for training but it already sealed my fate.

so am i right to say i am no longer part of the team?
if you guys never include me in the team, it will affect our teamwork even i am in the team.

just back from sakura. celebrated my grandma birthday, ate buffet. i came home early to rest if not they going to play mahjong at my 4th aunt house till late, but i need to rest for tomorrow so came home early!

we beat redtide ulu easily with the score 3-0 cause they have not enough players then ref consider walkover so we won! thats make us the winner of the loser group. so we going to play with the last in the winner group which is spc again. yes again. the team that we lost during sp open and draw during friendly and the previous open game. but we won them like finally! thanks to wen jie! we actually draw again 2-2 but we must have a winner so we moved on to play golden goal which our beloved wen jie scored lead us to guarantee a 4th position! aiseh! after that chiong to take train to pasir ris to have buffet.
anyway, so tomorrow we are playing semi final. first game against redtide 30 agian!
I AM AIMING FOR A MEDAL! SO LETS DO IT TEAM TPS!!!

everything is back to normal. we are damn cool couple.
Anyway, flashback..

Sunday - after competition ate Aston with my Rambo. i swear i am damn hungry that after i finish mine, she still not even half way through then i order MORE MORE MORE foods. haha. and we saw HI-5 holding some event, the emcee really scam those little naive children. he kept repeating “ARE YOU READY?!”for severe times till from the time i step into Aston till i sit down, till i order the dish, till our foods come. SCAM RIGHT?! but is kinda cute. then the nightmare begin.

Monday – nothing much. cut my hair. sleep the whole afternoon.

Tuesday – meet up with Janice and is a stayed-home afternoon . we watched G-force online in 3D ok! haha. it is like so blurry without those spec. AND RESULT IS COMING OUT SOOOOOOOOON! hope she enjoy her last day before being tied up by SIP for 3 months.

Wednesday – popcorn meeting! went to make shi hua board and a mini celebration for her. haha.

After that went to Rambo workplace and awaiting her to off work. i swear she wear like OL already, ~~old lady~~ office lady. HAHA! and we walked to a popular kuay chap store for dinner. on the way there, we were walking then the wind blow and those ash paper(duno what you call that) just surround us, as if got aura. damn scary please. anyway, Rambo is super hungry that she ate 2 bowls of kuay! i still add duck meat for us. after eating, we are 2 round meatball rolling to the bus stop. putting that aside. Canoe polo competition continue. Saturday game with NUS A, lost 3-0. that mark us last for IVP. We definitely will work harder next year. We are only with 2 years of canoe polo experience, unlike some people with above 4 years of experience and do not want to graduate just to play. Is it worth for me? no. waste my time. Anyway, we still have nat champ. we draw with NUS B with 3-3. So, we are in the loser group but still can fight for the first place. Sunday, we won NP321 with the score of 3-1. Nice match with NP, cause i know some of them inside that team, benedict and yao guang. they did well. :) next, we played with NUS B again and we won them 1-0! super shiok. nice shot, Chester. So, we have to beat redtide ulu next week.

i do not know why i no longer have the mood to blog, like so lazy to blog. Anyway, this week is a busy one, even it is my holiday! competition still going on, self training programme and most importantly the only week i am going to spend with my dear Rambo as she is going to be attached to her SIP soon next week!

my last weekend is spent in NTU, having competition. it may seems that IVP is a goner, we still have opens. So, we definitely must beat NUS B to qualify.

Monday – back from Cheryl farewell party which got me a little high, chee seng is all to be blame. HAHA.
went back to my secondary school for teacher day celebration, it is my first time returning to that school after since i graduated 2 years back. it is good after seeing my favourite teacher who causing the turning point in my life. during those rebellious days.

The ending is so disappointing. we had a quarrel again after the movie, but eventually i cant take it and still give in to her. who ask her to be my queen. it is so controversy that how we can quarrel for 10mins and the next thing you know we are fine and back to normal. HAHA! is very stressful but i like! walked from douby to bugis and had kfc for dinner and head to a dessert shop that Rambo suggested.

Then, we had a talk on non-citrus fruit, that how it appear is different from the nutritional value in it. E.g. passion fruit. it may look attractive and smooth on the outside but when you cross section it, it just look awful with those slimy seeds and look so unappealing.

WOHOO.

After exam is finally over for me which only last for 2 hours, i am much relief. and the next big thing is going to be IVP! i kinda forgotten about it until i met ah seng today on the bus. i really shocked because it is on this coming Saturday!

OMG.

i am so dead. never mind, i am going to train very hard for this week although i know it is late to say but our boats went to scrutinize so unable to train as well, we not like sp so free.

Anyway, i today intended to wake up at 5am to study the remaining that didn't memorise at all but i woke at at 8.45am! and my paper is at 9.30am.
but lucky paper isn't that tough.
Rambo even woke up at 5 just to msg me to wake up but i still didn't manage to. HAHA.

now after clearing my paper (i hope i wouldn't kena supp paper or fail this subject if not 4.1 already), i have more time to prepare my personal thing.

this year 2009 is really going to be a lot of test for me regardless of what type is it.

What a hectic week for me! going to briefly say what happen this week. pictures up soon.

Monday – no school. went to marina barrage with family for lunch. The food there is worse than we thought. 7th storey my foot, not even an inches high. HAHA.

Tuesday – submitted my freehand drawing last assignment. wohoo! super relax for the DAY.

we ate Swensen and watched UP with Rambo. the system cock up twice and we missed about 5 mins of the movie. the funny thing is that we were by the wall, then when the screen is not showing anything, everybody literally turn their head with that green and red 3D frame. HAHA! PS. i am not wise cause i don't have wisdom tooth, nonsense lo. :) rambo is so wise that she need to remove it.

Wednesday – last practice for our curry puffs. failed again. rushed home and chionged home to do report so i would not have to do tomorrow cause i will not be free!! i believed i did half of it and the remaining let wei hao and jun jie settle.

Thursday – presentation day! screwed up during preparation. my tomato turned into ice! cant make roses, i chiong to sch opposite with my chef uniform, what a retard moment. anyway, end product is good. egg-cited in my rose cause i think is super pretty. :) after that, i went to meet my Rambo cause is our 4th month! we wanted to go shopping spreeee! end up only brought 2 stuffs, her bad and my pedro shoe. Watami for dinner! their service is very good for first timer! haha, cause we are amazed the way they serve us, end up those words they used on us is totally repeated word-for-word when the next couple sat beside us. oh ya, Rambo ordered kimchi NABE! HAHA! i cant stop laughing that moment when the waitress repeat our order. catch ORPHAN! I TELL YOU! IT IS SUPER NOT LIKE THE TYPICAL PREDICTABLE HORROR MOVIE. THE MOVIE IS NOT SCARY, IS THAT “LITTLE”GIRL. then we were saying never adopt a child even we cant give birth. LOL.

end up i am at the losing end. no clock in hour no report and i did almost everything.
then now with CSAS and Monday exam.

training was good yesterday. scored 2 goals against the alumni. awesome. even though that is not their strongest line up but i think we can be better one step a time. Anyway, got a cut on my hand. don't know which pussy scratch me hand.

today, curry puffs is way much better than the first time we did it. this time round which the crust didn't flake and is very thick. this time, after camping outside A1 curry puff store, we manage to see how thy made it so we did the flake but not nicely done so tomorrow will be our last chance! next week presentation. OH YA, by the way, i got B for my cake test! i think the first day cake making pull my grade up despite the 2nd day decoration that is very cui.

lastly, i passed my ftt with just a first attempt! and i studied the night before and a bit and hours before i go in for test! Now, license before my 19th birthday! Anyway, after which many influences happen and cause me to be super upset with her. Anyway, this week past so quickly and this semester is ending soon. kind of looking forward and reluctant this semester to end. Look forward so no more 8am to 8pm! and the most anticipating ACP will be coming soon but WCP not. however, gotta rush for these last few weeks cause projects submission all around the corner. Besides our A1 curry puffs just started! FTW curry puffs! go go go wei hao and jun jie! by the way, this semester only 1 written paper! awesome or what. HAHA.

IVP is really coming sooooon, real soon. then we must have a 1 star canoeing certificate in order to play the competition, so yesterday head down to kallang river to have my course. THE WATER IS REALLY OMG! YELLOWISH GREEN! DAMN COOL IS THAT YOU CAN ACTUALLY SEE DEAD FISH FLOATING JUST BESIDE YOU, H-TWO-O CAN DRINK FILLED WITH BLACK LIQUID INSIDE and OLD CHANG KEE BAG WITH ROTTEN CARROTCAKE LOOK-ALIKE. COOL SIOL. the senior guys mainly me, sean and Fernando just need to go on Saturday only, no Sunday for us. however, today is Sunday yet i will be at home doing final touch on my project and preparing the final cake test on Wednesday.

later in the evening, i have 2 tickets for the NDP preview. I know somebody wanted to watch the NDP real life not in front of the TV broadcasting on live last year. HAHA. and i granted her wish this year.

BUT one thing that make me super upset is that she is never on time. i know guys should wait for girls blah blah blah but to me i really cant stand lateness. late by 15 mins is acceptable. how about 1hr++?! it is just so absurd, for example: movie at 9pm then suppose to meet around 8.30pm to get the tickets before sitting on the first few rows. yet he/she can come after the movie has already started. what's the point?

anyway, end up i want to be angry but i just cant help by laughing each time Rambo give me that innocent and “i am sorry”look. she simply couldn't make me angry for more than a day. HAHA! end up is she angry with me.

NDP preview is awesome this year with mark lee. he really speaks like how Singaporeans speak with the pronunciation at the back of each word. This year parade is super cool with a few new marketing techniques being used. (that is what rambo told me). i brought my camera with 1 extra battery which i asked my brother to charge for me while i was at kallang so that i can change the battery pack if the cam died on me. WHO KNOWS IT REALLY DIED then i forgot the bring the spare one out. HAHA! This always happen to me when i am with rambo, she even give up and started using her phone to take pictures. HAHA! so i save the last few shots for the fireworks, but the fireworks is really abit nia then take 2 shots only. The main thing is that we manage to experience it real-life and is captured in your mind. HAHAHA! no need pictures to experience it. :)

Rambo goes crazy with the red lion, super enthu in doing the marina waves, and each time she see hot guys who i dont think they are hot. HAHA. overall, not bad. and bumps into several familiar faces.

what should i begin with first.
ok, start from school work.

back to school although i am still on MC. home is just too boring.
did mango mousse cake and half of a blackforest cake. everything was not very smooth for my group. is it because of me, my return then the whole kitchen is affected?
each step of next week LAST cake practical preparation is nipple off by my dead cell causing me half dead.
chef left early. end ard 3.30pm.
pass a slice to rambo and head home to rest.
at this point, i am feeling very vex.

next, training is back on since i really think i been absent from the team. it is really terrible to miss out training, it simply instant death. tactic not done correctly for the first game. for the second game i am on HOT mode and manage to block severe shots.
however, my illness is catching me back again. coughing after each sprinting, making me so unease till the limit my lungs and each individual air sacs is maneuvering around. plus a charge attack by ah seng on my left rib, is fucking pain. you know how ah seng size compare to mine.
one more thing, i didn't realize i been missing sunday training. it is meant to be every alternate week, i just didnt realize. reports and projects just keep me very busy on sunday which i thought is the only day i could really really sit down and study.
Whatever the case is now, i will go every trainings. regardless i am black or what.

btw, this sunday having friendly with SP. we shall meet again, no.9. die bitch.

another bad day for me. cake test was disaster. i am in the 12pm slot but end up i need to redo at 2pm. fyi: last slot is 1pm.

why?

i got all my ingredients for the most easy recipe which is the normal sponge cake instead of chocolate sponge and chiffon cake that we had to draw lots. so i proceed on to using mixer, end up i found out i have 2 mixed egg in 2 mixing bowl. so i panic, my foam is very white, look like meringue instead, thinking of i never put in the egg portion, but end up i check i did. but due to low self esteem i went to rush to the basin and wash it away and intending to redo, but suay suay chef gary saw me and ask me to stop,wash everything and get out of the kitchen. i very pek ceh then i anyhow wash. end up i still explain to the chef and he gave me a 2nd chance, at that point of time i am enlighten when i am on the verge to give up on baking and continue to focus on my asian cusine which left me no alternative path.
anyway, chef gary ask me to repick again, so lucky that i got chocolate sponge cake! dua happy only. end up when i reached the step that i think i did wrongly, i got the same whiteness and texture! waste my time to redo! but the problem is why i got 2 bowls of beaten eggs?! overall, is still ok.

last week, kevin cake.

lastly, my poor rambo have been with projects, projects and more projects. it is like never ending. poor rambo. i am really very worried for her cause she been sleeping like 3am? 4am? despite i ask her to sleep early and this is how early she mean. :(
she even had nightmare last night!! HAHA! i swear is damn dramatic, like her dream vision is filled with 3489732343 inches screen. no wonder i did badly during my practical.
wee went for dinner and joke of the day is "TING~"
she and i played 5 10, see who lose for the eat the remain coffin bread. left 4 mouths. i lost 3, so left 1. the one left is the one with green pea that she dislike, after long one of 5 10. she lost. and damn loser, she flick the green pea away with "TING~". damn funny! is her action that amuse me. HAHA!

just wana say i confirm dare to say what you dreamt will never even happen as i am currently very happy being with you. all the bitching, birding and pinching :)

just back from Rebbecca birthday chalet. damn tipsy, not drunk. just abit headache. been quite a week for me. exhausted.

tomorrow having the most unpopular module test and i have not even touch studying yet.

training during saturday was good. think that my stamina improved. paddle 80 laps. sprint 20x 4. play tactic. IVP is coming!
damn tired already going home attempting to study but failed then head to rebacca chalet. i swear i was at foul mood due to the chlorine hurting my eye then feeling fatigue after training yet something really pissed me off.
i know it may not be necessary but is just letting me know of your presence, not to report in every single detail. and not just walk away aimless yet making me panic of where you heading too. i know our telepathy is dua strong but sometime these small things will make the whole situation upside down. i am not angry, is worried. NOT ANGRY UH. but she just couldn't stop making me laugh when we were thrashing things out under a very serious atmosphere. HAHA! after things got better, i felt itchy under my skin, goosebumps all over, telling me that nothing can stop our way! conquering after another, make us feel much stronger.

btw, she attempted to scare me after alight at the interchange, hiding behind the pillar. but she FAILED badly. end up is me scaring her and she really scream like seeing 2380957258 cockroaches and jump like using a bungee jump. HAHAHA!

canoe polo competition is drawing near in 2 months time. please wake up and work as a team. you have been not going to training constantly. it is not your fault, is the timetable.
i know you dont have sufficient time for other matter if training is in the situation. School and baking lessons are already driving you insane. i hope you can sort out your time carefully. you afraid you may overlook and focus on certain thing, and loss another thing. you just dont want to loss anything. especially rambo. so after this week, your decision will be out. just give him time people.

wednesday - kevin birthday, making cake for him.
thursday - choux pastry test, never go revise last week. J1 got people fail. worried.
friday - baking science test, have not been to lectures after hoilday over. celebrating kevin birthday at phuture.
saturday - training, rebecca birthday.
sunday - currently free. (need to study as it is the only day)
monday - CSAS report presentation. and background information test.
tuesday - freehand drawing 30 sketches and portrait.

please give him a break.

so cool! I am using brian handphone to blog here! The first week after term break was a busy one for me. Blog again when i am free.

I just now super uber suay. Lecture at 8am. Woke up at 8am. Reached sch at 8.30am. Realized i forget to bring my chef uniform then took bus home. The bus tyre puncture one stop before my stop! Tmd. It is already 8.50am. Took the uniform and rushed to sch. It is 9.15am. Over the grace period. Lucky i saw su, she is also late. Told her how suay i am. Changed to chef uniform. And there is a spot check by chef wee bin. He asked why i was late and he dun seem to buy story. Sigh. He told my teacher to mark me as absent, but after bargaining, she mark me as present. Haha.

you tell me am i suay or suay?

After lab, was csas. the module that i always dread of. the way she speak, move and sarcastic remarks just irritate me.

today, her lesson was awesome. why? cause seriously half of the class pon. we should rebel together since we can be absent 3 times for this module. HAHA.

anw, when she went out to get her stuff, we started to take pictures. HAHA. and watch my favourite video over and over again. :)

wei hao, the most MATURE person in the class. cant say ol*, so i use mature instead.

second week of hoilday is here. and i have been doing my homework. NOT.
good game.

last Saturday went to meet Rambo cousin and his fiancee foe dinner at fish and co.
then head down to minds cafe @bugis. it is fun to be with them. they are a pair of childish, sweet couple. childish in a good way not the negative way. still very young and fun people. HAHA.

Tuesday went to the most anticipating event. my virgin prawning experience! wohoo. totally so uncool cause i am damn noob. the prawns prefer rambo more than me lo. It is like when i hold the rod, there will not be a single signal foe the first 20mins. But when rambo hold the rod, she got the first blood. ._.

even prawn wana be so bias against us. nothing to say. got a lot of pros over there. the interval of the ratio they caught one against us is 4:1. HAHA. some more, they caught all very big one. then those small one he gave us. must be my rambo attracted him. HAHA. we caught total of 10 prawns within 3 hours. = 1 prawn for 3 bucks.
